Is it Spring Break yet?

Hey everyone!
The time is seriously flying by! I feel like New Year's was a few days ago!
I called Sharon at corporate and told her I'm interested in a site manager position if one were to come up! That's awesome, but Sara told me Clayton is currently not promoting anyone and they don't want newer site managers to take on a larger program like Independence....damn. So back to square one, again! Oh, and that x-ray tech thing I was talking about! The people haven't even mentioned it in a while, so I'm assuming it's a no-go.
Joe and I celebrated 3 years together on the 19th! We went out to dinner the night before since the 19th fell on the first day of classes. Joe works during the day, then he has night classes so he couldn't miss on the first day. It was nice though! We went to dinner at Brio in Southlake! I got my salmon pasta (which is a grilled salmon steak on top of angel hair pasta in buttersauce with tomatos, asparagus, spinach and it's so gooood) and Joe got his spicy pasta...thing. I forget what it's called! After dinner we grabbed a slice of cheesecake to go from Cheesecake Factory, then headed back to his place for a quiet evening! I still can't believe it's been three years already! We'd be going on 4 years this summer if I wasn't so stupid in the beginning! Oh, well! We're together now and I can't complain! :]
(Us on our first, second and third anniversary!)
I started classes too! I originally had Dolores for one of my classes, but I found out she's been having some major back issues, so another teacher has taken over her class. At first I was really worried, but I met my new teacher and she's a younger version of Dolores! So I'm very happy with all my classes! And I found out my infant and toddler class is a hybrid class! What this means is I only have to go to class on campus every other week! So this also means that every other week I can sleep in an hour later! Hurray! It's the little things in life that matter, right?
Later Days!
Dani
